Install
- Open AN Player and go to the Plugins Screen.
- Find Invidious in the official plugins list.
- Install the plugin and open its configuration page.
Configure Plugin
Invidious requires the address of an Invidious instance. An instance is simply a community-run Invidious website that AN Player can connect to.
- Open the plugin configuration page from AN Player.
- Open the public instance list at api.invidious.io.
- Pick an instance that is online, uses
https://, and has API access enabled. - Copy the instance address, for example a URL that looks like
https://example-invidious-site.org. - Paste that address into Instance URL.
- Tap Save.
Public Invidious instances are run by volunteers, so availability can change. If one instance stops loading, choose another one from the list and save again.
If Nothing Loads
If videos don't appear after saving, check the following:
- The instance may be down — Invidious instances are run by volunteers and sometimes go offline. Try a different instance from the list.
- The instance URL may be wrong — make sure you included
https://and there are no extra spaces. - Some instances block API access — if one instance doesn't work, try another one.
