- Install the plugin and open its configuration page.
Configure Plugin
Funkwhale requires the address of a Funkwhale instance.
- Open the plugin configuration page from AN Player.
- Enter the Instance URL — this is the web address of the Funkwhale server you want to browse. Examples:
- A public instance:
https://open.audio - Your own server:
https://music.example.com
- A public instance:
- Tap Save.
You can find a list of public Funkwhale instances at network.funkwhale.audio. If you don't have your own server, pick any public instance from that list.
If Nothing Loads
If the music library doesn't appear after saving, check the following:
- The instance URL may be wrong — try opening it in your browser to verify it's a working Funkwhale server.
- The instance may be down or unreachable — try a different public instance.
- Make sure you included
https://at the beginning of the URL.
